Taxi drivers are unique breed. To be one, you will need to send dozens and even hundreds of applications just to get a taxi driving job. However, there are also those other places like in the US where you only need to complete a few requirements to be admitted to be a taxi driver.

Just like other jobs today, taxi driving also requires effort. You spend long hours sitting in one position and driving in some of the world's most stressful traffic. With all these stresses pointed out, how are you able to maintain a healthy body as taxi driver?

Have a routine exercise. As a taxi driver, you will be required to only sit and drive your client to his or her desired destination. This tends to create all kinds of problems unless addressed. Muscle stiffens during this event which can lead to muscle and nerve complications.
