Be honest. Even though you might find it a bit difficult to open up to your therapist, you have to remember that not doing so will less likely help you. New ideas should be received with open mind. There are times when the therapist you go to will have some suggestions that may sound strange. Even though those ideas are strange, awkward, or uncomfortable, remember that this therapist is trying to help you. You have to try to stay open to their ideas.

Giving up is a bad habit of the depressed individuals. Even when you think that the current situation is really hopeless, you should not let that get to you. This feeling will fade away as you go through with the treatment plan. You should motivate yourself and not let go so that you will feel better again.
