Different Complaints And Reviews About Toll Brothers

Tolls practices affected many people especially the neighbors. Through their activities, they defaulted on their contractual obligations and defined the Michigan law. Many people who contracted with the Tolls had various issues especially on the pricing of the contracts. There are therefore various complaints and reviews about Toll brothers, which were given out by the different individuals affected.

Many people who did business with the company claimed that the firm could always hike their prices whenever it came to selling of their property. Their staff also complained of been overworked. The people working in some building sites claimed about negligent and deception. They advised people that in case you would wish to transact any business with the Toll brothers you should ensure that you have a lawyer as well as be carefully when signing the papers.

Another complain came from Las Vegas stating that the company exaggerated their total square footage of a home by almost 293 square feet. There was also a criticism that they gave different and false footage information to the evaluators and the building division concerning the property. They did not reveal any flooring damage or any warranty from any manufacturer prior to sale. They could even stop honoring the warranty at the middle of any contract.

On September 30, 2015, another complain came up from Durham, NC. The customer had purchased a new home from the company on October 2014 and it had an annual-year guarantee. There was a damaged alarm at the back exit and the customer wanted it replaced. He sent the request on July 20, 2015.They send a lot of emails requesting for the repair but there was no signs of any plan to repair the alarm. Later the customer noticed that the Toll Associates had cancelled the request.

From the highland of Cave Creek, Arizona, a client also criticized the services of the firm. She complained that she had bought a property at the Mountain View. She said that she paint the required premium and moved in after about three weeks. Then she noticed that another block was raised just behind her premises, which was 30 feet in height hindering her from the actual Mountain View. This was against her expectations.

On placing complains to the Tolls and the salesperson, they were shut down on the fact that they did not write any promise that they mainly wanted to get the view of the mountain. Before moving in, they had walked at the backyard with the Vice President to the company Arizona who had told them that the house under construction would not exceed ten feet.

On November 6 2015, a client from Warrington had a review on the Brothers operation. The customer stated that people who live near the development site of the company were facing harsh and noisy times during the companies operation. The trucks at the site tilled the green vegetation making the area very a dry premise. The firm was also accused of selling the top soils of the area.

Another criticism which came from Lodi, Florida stated that a client had bought an apartment but found that the pavements were not appealing since there were grasses all over, mold, as well as ponding. The customer also stated that the framing, sparkling, and the painting of that house were also a big mess. Robbery in estates was also a daily talk with the customers losing their property almost daily in the Naples in Florida.
