You have probably heard of Blue Mountain. This strain is grown on Hawaii and Kona, but the most appreciated one comes from Jamaica. Certified Jamaica Blue Mountain coffees are frown only on altitudes from 3000 to 5500 feet, and all other ones are considered as lower quality ones. This strain has complex, sweet and pleasant aroma and taste, and it is especially creamy and smooth, with full body and nice aftertaste.

Kenya AA is grown on high Kenya plateaus. These beans produce very bright, full bodied and strong drinks, with pleasant acidity and flavor. The taste is rich, and aroma is really interesting, with slight touches of berries and wines, with herbal aftertaste. AA means that beans are unusually large, comparing to other varieties.

Guatemala Antique contains three separate varieties and combine their qualities. These three Arabica strains, Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon, produce aromatic, balanced aroma and rich, velvety taste this specific variety is famous for. Strong and intensive taste is especially enhanced by dark roasting, and that's why it is usually used for this.

Ethiopia grows two different varieties, both highly appreciated. The first one is Harrar, with nice, wine and fruit, really intensive aroma. It has especially appealing aftertaste, that includes cinnamon, cardamom and other spices, apricots and some other fruits and dark chocolate. Yirgacheffee, the other variety, has nice chocolate nutty aftertaste and intensive, but appealing acidity you will appreciate.

Java Arabica is wet processed strain grown on the Ijen Plateau. This heavy bodied but light and low acid strain produces rich, smooth and sweet drinks. The taste is maybe a little bit rustic. Sometimes it might have smoky and spicy aftertaste, with a hint of herbal. Intensive, but nicely balanced and pleasant taste, with interesting and appealing aroma you will appreciate.

Mocha Java is another strain coming from the island of Java. This was a pure luck that two varieties were put together, Arabian and Indonesian strains. The result was this nicely flavored, smooth and bright drink you will surely appreciate. This strain is mild, sweet and aromatic, and can be used for espresso, but also in all other similar drinks.

Pleasantly rounded, full bodied Sulawesi Toraja variety has very nice chocolate notes. Although the acidity is little bit higher than usual, this sweet and spicy drink is really pleasant surprise for your palate. It grows on Sulawesi highlands and has earthy, chocolate aftertaste you will surely appreciate. If you have an opportunity to try it, don't hesitate.

Tanzania Pea-berry is grown on Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru in Tanzania. This medium bodied strain has distinctive fruit tones, especially of black currant. Made from whole beans, this variety produces bright, rich, chocolaty and sweet drinks to enjoy in. Medium roast is especially interesting, with delicate and velvety taste. Really tasty and aromatic.
