Communication skills. The truth is, you need to communicate in any kind of work that you do. No matter how simple, there is a need to talk with people. Its a vital thing in any kind of relationship. You might not be very good at this now, but you should at least have the willingness to practice it often.

Good attention to details. Lastly, you have to be observant. There are people who are really good at noting down details which other tend to ignore. The good thing is, this skill can be learned. Being mindful about details is important. Whether you are outside, assisting traffic or in the office doing paper works, giving attention to the vital things around you matters.
