Nonstick dishes can be safely washed in your dishwasher. Most manufacturers still recommend hand-washing all similar products. Before using your new dishes for the first time, it is important to hand-wash them in warm water, using mild dish washing product. This will remove a special protective emulsion applied on the coating. Now you can safely start baking and roasting.

Some high quality dishes offer better heat efficiency, compared to your old pans. That's why it is important to monitor baking time at first. This way you can adjust the baking time in your recipes.
