There are possibly millions of people who have set-out to make their fortune on the net only to give-up in frustration and quit. It's a lot like everything that follows from the market research depends on the quality of that research. Be sure to set-up your autoresponder series so it uses their first name in all emails. Always respond to customer service questions and address their problems as quickly as possible. People will appreciate your attitude, and they'll like you for it and trust you more.
